Instead of relying on fragile, short-lived components, we prepare syrups, infusions, cordials, and batches that stay fresh longer and reduce unnecessary spoilage. This allows us to maintain both consistency and environmental responsibility.
Unused ingredients are dehydrated, fermented, or converted into garnishes and powders. What others might throw away becomes a new layer of flavour in your glass.
Instead of disposable paper coasters, we use durable plastic ones that can be washed and reused indefinitely — drastically reducing waste and keeping hundreds of paper stacks out of the bin every month.
