Citrus peels, herbs, spices, and fruits are dried, preserved, or deliberately repurposed rather than discarded. To eliminate unnecessary spoilage, we prepare stable syrups, infusions, cordials, and batches that maintain their freshness over time. This systematic approach allows us to significantly reduce waste while ensuring absolute consistency and premium quality in every drink we pour.
