You will meet Dominik (@dom.be.nedictine) and Ivan (@d.ivanp) — the duo behind the acclaimed Peaches & Cream Bar in Zagreb, Croatia. Known for their experimental mindset, flawless hospitality, and a deep respect for flavor, they’ve earned a reputation far beyond the Balkans.
Their bar is a bold mix of creativity and professionalism — a playful concept executed with world-class precision. For one day only, you’ll get to experience their craft here at Hotsy Totsy.

- 14:00 – 16:00: Peaches & Cream Masterclass with Dominik & Ivan – Free entry with registration (limited seats available!)
- 20:00 – Late: Peaches & Cream Guest Shift behind the Hotsy bar – Signature cocktails, surprises, and good decisions all night long

Evening Peaches & Cream Guest Shift
From 20:00 onwards, the Hotsy bar transforms into a Peaches & Cream pop-up. Expect a one-night-only menu curated by Dominik and Ivan, featuring playful, innovative cocktails — all served with that unmistakable Croatian flair.
