Doors open at 17:00 — and we’re not planning to close them early
On December 31, we open at 17:00 and let the night unfold naturally. Expect an energetic atmosphere, confident service, and the kind of crowd that makes Hotsy Totsy what it is — social, vibrant, and unmistakably alive.
The music will keep the pace up, the bar will stay busy, and the focus remains exactly where it should be: great drinks and a night worth staying out for.
A one-night-only NYE cocktail menu
For this night only, we’re introducing a special 6-drink New Year’s Eve menu — the greatest hits of 2025.
These are the cocktails our guests loved the most throughout the year, brought back together for one final appearance before the year turns.
Of course, our full regular cocktail menu will also be available throughout the night.
Bubble Bar in the Hudson Private Room
The Hudson Private Room takes on a new role for the evening, transforming into a Bubble Bar dedicated entirely to sparkling wines and bubbles. A relaxed, celebratory corner for those who prefer their countdown with a glass of something crisp and elegant.
