We're firing up the well-oiled engine of our Borderless Basterds event series again this year! On the 19th of February, we'll be welcoming our colleagues from Häktet Vänster Bar behind the counter at Hotsy Totsy, flying in from the far north, Stockholm, straight to Síp Street!
The masterclass will take off with a breakdown of the Swedish bar scene and then focus on their award-winning signature menus. During the guest shift, they will bring to Hotsy Totsy their best party game, service, mood, tunes, laughter and a selection of signature serves packaged in some odd, unexpected menu format.
