For this special night, Niki has prepared a lineup of four extraordinary cocktails, each highlighting her innovative approach and passion for mixology:
- La Boquería: Matusalem 15y, fig jam, rosemary, honey, verjus – A cocktail inspired by the bustling flavors of Spain, blending rich fig and aromatic rosemary.
- Golden Master: Matusalem 15y, tonka, cardamom, oak, prosecco – This signature drink pays homage to the competition itself, featuring warm spices and a sparkling prosecco finish.
- Fuego de Padron: Matusalem 15y, tomato, padron, chili – An ode to the fiery elements of Spanish cuisine, combining chili heat with padron pepper’s distinct taste.
- Churrolicious: Matusalem 23y, chocolate, cream, cinnamon – A decadent, dessert-inspired cocktail reminiscent of the classic churros, perfect for those with a sweet tooth.
