Miguel is an internationally recognized bartender, hailing from Costa Rica, with an impressive career spanning over a decade. From winning Costa Rica's Bartender of the Year in 2019 to founding the Maceramos Bartender School, Miguel is truly a master of his craft. His expertise has taken him to rum distilleries around the world, and now, he’s bringing his unique skills and passion for rum to Hotsy Totsy for an unforgettable guestshift.
